Team Coordination: Supervises teams of PC operators and cashiers, ensuring that procedures are followed and the most efficient results are achieved. Order Processing: Manages orders from the warehouse, including online orders, and handles invoicing and documents for delivery. Collaboration: Collaborates with various departments (sales, logistics, IT) to ensure flows correct information and efficient processing. Performance monitoring: Supervises the activity of operators, ensuring that time and quality standards are met. Problem solving: Responds to technical and administrative issues, reporting any deficiencies to the relevant departments (IT, managers). Support and training: Participates in recruitment, integration And training of new employees, including operators and cashiers. Reporting: Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports on operational activities, sales and other relevant activities. Filing and documents: Ensures that filing procedures are followed and manages internal document flows. IT Resources: Monitors consumables and IT equipment, ensuring monthly requirements. Flexibility: Can act as a backup PC operator in special cases and is actively involved in team development.
