What would the position be, i.e. work activities:

Conducting keyword research to identify opportunities and trends

Optimization of site content and on-page elements for SEO

Developing and implementing SEO strategies

Creation of a page plan and content calendar (page mapping & content calendar)

Identifying and solving technical SEO problems

Collaborate with content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices

What are the expectations of candidates (qualifications):

High level of knowledge of the English language (minimum B2 level)

Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRUSH, Google Drive and Google Sheets, Screaming Frog SEO Spider

A university degree is a plus, especially in the fields of marketing, IT or English

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and in a team

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Candidates with no previous experience but with a strong desire to learn are also welcome to apply; training will be provided

Salary:

The salary depends on the level of knowledge and experience of the candidate, with the possibility of advancement and increase in earnings in accordance with the results achieved and learning on the job.

Junior level:
50,000 - 65,000 RSD

Medior level:
70,000 - 85,000 RSD

Senior level:
90,000 - 130,000 RSD

Applicants with no previous experience may start at a lower salary during the initial training period. We provide the opportunity for continuous learning and development, which means the possibility of advancement and salary increases in line with progress, abilities and responsibilities.

Evaluation meetings are held
every 6 months
to evaluate work and progress
