fulfilling the plan of expeditions and receipt of materials_x000D_
management of sacred KPIs (Labor efficiency, Customer on-time delivery, Inventory accuracy…)_x000D_
responsibility for the safety of work in the sacred section, measured by regular audits_x000D_
implementation of 5S and LEAN standards in the sacred area, measured by regular audits_x000D_
ensuring the first level of TPM on sacred machinery and logistics equipment_x000D_
creating a development plan for your subordinates_x000D_

experience with team management_x000D_
communication skills and working with people_x000D_
the ability of teamwork within the entire organizational structure of the plant_x000D_
organizational skills_x000D_
orientation in logistics processes, knowledge of working with the ERP system_x000D_
basic knowledge of labor law_x000D_
