Job Description:

He is responsible for defining and entering commercial parameters related to the procurement of materials on the item card in the Monitor system 

He is responsible for the accuracy of supplier-related data in the Monitor system  

Participates in the preparation of offers based on the RFQ from the customer, in the part of defining the best material offer, taking into account: Price, MOQ, terms of payment, delivery terms, terms of delivery and origin of the material in order to issue the EUR1 certificate  

It ensures that the supplier meets the conditions necessary to deliver materials, services and equipment to Rimaster Serbia based on the rules defined in the Supplier Relationship Management procedure by sending a questionnaire to the supplier when requesting an offer.  

Prepares data for reporting purposes in the sourcing service  

Prepares monthly, quarterly and annual reports in the sourcing department 

Analyzes supplier activity in terms of volume of turnover, terms of payment, terms of delivery, term of delivery  

Makes proposals for activities aimed at reducing material prices and improving other commercial conditions  

Participates in the Supplier evaluation procedure 

 If necessary, he also performs other tasks on the order of the immediate manager
