Responsibilities:

Control cameras, microphones, speakers, ramps, gates and other devices installed across North America

Communicate verbally with people you see on your computer screen using two-way communication tools

Communication with clients and partners by phone and e-mail

Performing administrative tasks in accordance with client requirements

Collecting data and compiling reports related to operational tasks

Ensuring the smooth running of daily activities in large facilities

Requirements:

Minimum IV degree of vocational education

Knowledge of the English language (B2)

Excellent communication skills

Experience with Microsoft Office programs

Willingness to work in morning, day and night shifts

Willingness to work from an office in Belgrade - not work from home

CCTV and/or security experience is an advantage

Experience in jobs related to the IT industry is an advantage

Knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
