Architect - Retail, Office & Industrial Projects

In this role, you will be responsible for the design and coordination of interior design, extension, rehabilitation and new construction works for retail, office and industrial spaces. You will collaborate directly with the beneficiaries and the teams involved, making sure that the projects are carried out according to the requirements and comply with all technical and legislative norms. You will have an active role in all stages of the projects, from the analysis of client requirements, field visits and updating of plans, until obtaining the necessary approvals and authorizations for execution, where appropriate.? Main responsibilities:✅ Designing and updating technical documentation for:• Interior modifications (furniture, equipment, flows, compartments)• Extensions of sales rooms and facade modifications• Rehabilitation and modernization of office and industrial spaces• New constructions for industrial projects and commercial.✅ Direct communication with beneficiaries to define requirements, obtain approvals and coordinate project implementation.✅ Field visits to survey and update plans, measurements and verify technical solutions.✅ Coordination of technical teams (structure, installations, urban planning) for the integration of optimal solutions in projects, there where the situation requires it.✅ preparing the documentation for obtaining building permits and the necessary approvals, including:• DTAC (Technical Documentation for Construction Authorization)• Documentation for approvals and approvals• Authorization of construction works and ISU authorization.✅ Maintenance recording the plans and technical details and ensuring that all changes are communicated and approved by the parties involved.âœ... Managing several projects simultaneously, respecting the deadlines and the imposed quality standards.?
