for one of the largest construction companies in the country is looking to recruit candidates for the vacant position:
ARCHITECT
DUTIES OF THE POSITION
Duties and Responsibilities – Design Department - Architect
Assists in the preparation of design tasks according to the investor's requests.
Assists and prepares the architectural project according to design requirements (Details/Plan/3D) according to design needs and deadlines.
Prepares the breakdown of architectural projects/in tender packages for each architectural process with detailed drawings/technical and preventive specifications.
Prepares project sales catalogs accompanied by plans/axonometry and renderings
Supports with graphic elements/functional schemes/commercial needs of the company.
Duties and Responsibilities – Customer support
Accompany new and existing clients to the facility to present the properties/project
Informs customers about the quality of the construction and other services that the construction company offers to this property/project.
Follows the customer maintenance procedure.
Follows the preparation of preventive measures for works outside the basic project.
Follows the refund procedure when the customer needs to receive money from the company for the Refinishing that he has done himself and that needs to be reimbursed.
Coordinates meetings with the client when verifying the construction surfaces of the final project compared to the initial project based on which the client signed the contract.
Compiles weekly reports.
Duties and Responsibilities – Support Projects Funded by third parties
Drafts and proposes Architectural changes and takes care of the approvals to the Designer.
Assists architectural projects financed by the EU with the preparation of measurement booklets.
Assist technical engineering staff with drawing engineering details.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education:
Diplomas in Architecture;
Experience:
Experience as an architect for a period of not less than 3 years;
Skills:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to perform a variety of tasks in the field without the supervision of superiors;
Excellent ability to create and maintain correct and daily communication with administration and superiors;
Good communication and writing skills in English.
