Job Description
A typical day would go like this: 1. General responsibilities You achieve the objectives set by the B2B Commercial Manager. You use all the tools provided (C4C, Sales App, Nessoft). You act in accordance with the Nespresso quality standards. You collaborate permanently and in the best conditions with the other functions within Nespresso (Mkt, CRC, AS, Supply, FICO). 2. New customers You constantly prospect the area to find potential new customers. You bring in new customers following the Nespresso B2B Sales process. You sample the coffee and present machines to potential customers. You present the offers, sign the contracts, deliver the Nespresso B2B machines to the new customers. You complete all the administrative tasks related to the signing of new contracts: sending the complete file and information to the B2B Commercial Manager (completed forms, reports, etc.). 3. Existing clients You retain existing clients, build networks and relationships. You draw up the action plan per client.
