We look forward to getting to know you.full time - unlimitedYour contribution to the energy transitionAs the CAD Draughtsperson you will primarily use the Autodesk Family of Software (mainly AutoCAD, Civil3D Inventor) to produce drawings for commercial and utility scale Renewable Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) Region. The successful candidate will support engineering, project management, Construction, Operations and Maintenance (O&M) and sales team in tender, execution and commissioning phase & handover of a project. You can look forward to the following tasks:Creation of drawings for Renewable/Hybrid/photovoltaic (PV) Project using Autodesk’s AutoCAD and Civil3D. Support the design some of 3D elements (e.g., cable entries, foundations). Support project team in creating layouts, concept and detailed designs as well as extracting the bill of quantity (BOQ), through the various stages from development, construction, and O&M. Management and documentation of CAD data and files including terrain and Geographic Information System (GIS) data. Assist in maintaining a high standard in the drawing office environment. Your energy is requiredYou impress us with these qualifications:Certified CAD Designer (National Diploma – MDOP Multi-disciplinary drawing Office Practice N4). Two years’ work experience as CAD Draughtsperson. Prepare design and detail drawings from concepts sketches. Clear understanding of plant design. Attention to detail. Accuracy and effectiveness in using CAD software. Highly proficient in AutoCAD and AutoCAD Civil 3D. Draw and plot drawings to scale with Dimensions. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to frequent project changes. Preparation of Mechanical, Structural and Architectural Conceptual Designs to be submitted to Professional Engineers for approvals. Receiving of external drawings, review, and integration into a Master Layout. Bill of quantities generation from CAD drawings. Good command of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel). The candidate should have demonstrated the ability to work in matrix organizations and to operate and navigate within an international company. Ability to work independently. Desirable AttributesAutodesk Certified End User (AutoCAD, Cvivl3D, Inventor etc.). Proficient with Autodesk Inventor. Knowledge of Coordinate Systems. Clear understanding of Renewable plant design / Battery Storage / PV Solutions designs. Has a good mental capacity to envision the work before it is done. Strong drive and have sharp analytical and problem-solving skills. Capable of independent decision-making. Result and detailed-orientated approach. Strong team spirit.
