CAD/BIM MEP Designer

As we are expanding, we are seeking a skilled and motivated "CAD/BIM MEP Designer" to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building systems and a proven ability to create detailed and accurate Revit and Autocad models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. The position reports to the “Head of Design & Solutions” dpt, with main Duties and Responsibilities:Create and maintain Revit models for MEP systems, including ductwork, piping, conduit, and equipment.• Develop detailed drawings, schedules, and reports from Revit models and Autocad 2D.• Collaborate with engineers,other designers and end-user to ensure accurate and coordinated designs.• Stay up-to-date with the latest Revit and Autocad Software and industry trends.• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions, in coordination with end-user.• Produce construction documents including plans, sections, details, and schedules.• Assist with construction administration tasks as needed.Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technology, Architecture, Design Engineering, Product Engineering or a related field preferred. Proven experience as a Revit MEP Designer (minimum 1 year). Proficiency in Revit MEP & Revit Collaborate software (minimum 1 year). Experience with AutoCAD 2D. (minimum 1 year) Strong understanding of MEP systems and design principles. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
