Your Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new carriers.

Negotiate transportation terms and rates to ensure the best solutions for clients.

Monitor and coordinate transport operations to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

Analyze the transportation market and identify new business opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to achieve common goals.

Maintain up-to-date data in the system and prepare activity reports.

What We Expect from You

At least one year of experience in similar positions within the trucking industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to solve problems in real-time and work in a dynamic environment.

Familiarity with transport management software (TMS) is an advantage.

High level of organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proficient knowledge of English (minimum B2 level).
