Chef de partie (Antiparos)

The Cookoovaya restaurant, included for the last seven years in the list of recommended restaurants of the Michelin guide, is looking for partners for its store in Antiparos. The chef - owner Periklis Koskinas, cooks with moderation and abstraction, with fresh local products and centering on simplicity and balance.
Necessary qualifications:
- Culinary school degree
- At least three years of experience in similar restaurants or 5-star hotels
- High level knowledge of slicing and cutting fish
- Previous experience in open-fire kitchens
- Knowledge of English
- Team spirit, professionalism, adaptability, flexibility
- Organizational, initiative and creativity skills
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for division of work of the department before, during and after the service
- Coordination of the department and compliance with the specifications, as defined by the Chef
- Department orders and inventory
- Oversee the department's health and safety regulations
- Creating a harmonious environment among the restaurant staff
- Ensuring uninterrupted service with the main concern being the quality of the food
