Job Description: We are looking for exceptional professionals to join our Data Center's project team in Athens Cx Manager - Athens The Commissioning (Cx) Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the commissioning process of Data Centers construction projects, ensuring that all systems and components are designed, installed, tested, and maintained according to the operational requirements of the client. Responsibilities: Commissioning Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, outlining the scope, schedule, and resources required for the commissioning process. System Verification: Oversee the testing and verification of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems, to ensure they meet design specifications and performance criteria. Documentation: Maintain detailed records of commissioning activities, including test results, inspection reports, and system manuals, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that all systems are installed and operating correctly, identifying and resolving any issues that arise during the commissioning process. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to coordinate commissioning activities, ensuring alignment with project timelines and client expectations. Training: Provide training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of building systems, ensuring a smooth transition to facility operations Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in commissioning management within the construction industry. Strong understanding of building systems, commissioning processes, and industry standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Professional certifications such as Certified Commissioning Professional (CCP) or LEED Accreditation are preferred. #LI-EP1 Hill International
