Dispatcher in international transportation

Job Description: 

Planning and organization of the work schedule of drivers and transport in the country and abroad; 

Preparation and issuance of orders, permits, as well as other necessary documentation for international transport; 

Daily communication and assistance to drivers, monitoring and control of their work, as well as solving problems arising in transport; 

Communication with forwarding companies; 

Control and calculation of costs during and after the tour;  

Regular reporting to superiors about activities in their scope of work; 

Performs other duties as directed by the director.

Conditions: 

Minimum SSS; 

Mandatory work experience as a dispatcher for at least one year; 

Excellent organizational skills; 

Problem solving skills; 

Active use of computers and the Internet; 

Mandatory knowledge of English, preferably Russian.
