Facade Designer

Key Responsibilities:
As a Facade Designer, you will engage in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Designing facades for new constructions and refurbishment projects.
Producing technical drawings and specifications for the fabrication and installation of facades.
Collaborating with other designers, engineers, and contractors to ensure the facade design integrates seamlessly with the overall building concept.
Selecting materials and finishes that align with design specifications and budget requirements.
Working within multi-disciplinary teams, attending and leading meetings with contractors in an advisory role.
Developing projects technically from initial client concepts, ensuring coordinated outputs with our team.
Contributing to design competitions and bids by providing innovative input.
Maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle and effectively managing stakeholder communication.
Occasional travel to support project requirements.
Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should be able to demonstrate:
A Degree or Master’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in 2D and 3D design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or other relevant tools.
Experience in facade design with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
Knowledge of building regulations and codes, both domestic and international, is an advantage.
Educational background in Façade Engineering, Structural Engineering, Architecture, or Building Physics is highly valued.
Experience working on international and domestic projects.
The ability to manage project requirements, ensuring delivery within time and budget constraints.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
A customer-oriented approach with exceptional interpersonal skills.
A dynamic and adaptable personality with multitasking abilities, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Self-motivation, organizational skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
