Responsibilities specific to the management activity; - Delivers/receives together with the other colleagues the goods according to the documents (tax invoice, shipping notice, transfer note, delivery order); - Ensures the correct management of the goods stocks; - Respects the storage conditions and standards; - Participates in the inventory of the goods stocks; - Receives, manages and releases the products / raw materials from the management; - Coordinates and participates in the quantitative reception of for all products within the management, based on the input documents; - Checks and approves all entries and exits from the management; - Checks if the registration of receipt and release documents is correct, complete and on time in the warehouse sheets for all products according to the legal provisions. - Provides the interested departments with information related to the stock. - Permanently checks the agreement between the actual stocks and the management accounting; - Receives, identifies and stores the raw material; Benefits: Competitive salary, correlated with experience Meal vouchers Subscription to medical services.
