Employment law advice and policy updates: You help both managers and employees to always be up-to-date on employment law issues. HR strategy and organizational development: You not only participate in the implementation of business strategies, but you can also shape the company towards the future. You help managers make the most of their teams' strengths, and you can outline new directions in the process. Trainings and internal communication: You can organize exciting trainings that are not only useful, but also enjoyable.
