In-house Lawyer Position In-house lawyer in a Renewable Energy Company based in Athens. Position status Full time, Open-ended Fixed fee contract. Duties & responsibilities Your daily duties will include: Drafting of business agreements and contracts: Construction agreements, Supply agreements, Lease agreements, Services agreements, Share Purchase agreements etc Processing of legal matters deriving from EDF Group Companies' every - day business. Research on Corporate Law issues. Drafting of BoD and GM minutes of the Group Companies. Translation of legal documents and agreements. Management of GDPR issues of the Group Companies and all communications relating to GDPR issues with the GDPR department in the Group. Support in management of Group’s policies and procedures i.e compliance. The duties and responsibilities may evolve and be modified by the Company  in conformity with the latter's requirements and activities. Requirements University degree in Law. License to practice law from the State Bar Association 4 year experience in practicing law profession requested (experience as in-house lawyer is considered as a plus.) Excellent knowledge of English language required Good computer literacy Competencies Excellent organizational ability with high level attention to details Strategic thinker who can prioritize and integrate short-term and long-term goals. Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. Self-motivated individual Excellent ability to multi-task.
