Civil Construction Bidding Engineer

Client Description: Adecco Permanent Placement is recruiting, for one of its clients in the field of construction, an Offer Engineer for the headquarters in TârgoviÈte. Responsibilities: - Registers requests for offers from potential customers; - Prepares pre-measurements (according to the project); - Prepares price analyzes in order to prepare offers; - Evaluates suppliers' offers in accordance with specific requirements from the project; - Checks the documentation received from the clients; - Prepares the offer in the bidding application "E-Devize"; - Maintains contact and communicates with the Project Manager during the bidding period; - Prepares work situations based on site work reports for invoicing. Candidate Profile: - Graduate of higher education with technical specialization (Mechanics, construction) - Faculty of Construction (constitutes) advantage; - Good data analysis skills; - Very good knowledge of operating Microsoft Office - Excel; - Good knowledge of AUTOCAD; - Analytical spirit, structured, very well organized; - Good communication skills, - Oriented towards results, able to prioritize, deliver in short terms and under pressure; - Previous experience in a similar position (constitutes an advantage); - Experience in currency applications - Windoc Vocabulary, E-Voice (an advantage); Knowledge of the English language (an advantage).
