Internal Accountant

Requirements - University studies in economics or accounting - Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of accounting - Knowledge international accounting and financial reporting standards - Analytical and problem solving skills - Experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is an advantage) - Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken) - Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel Responsibilities - Management of internal accounting activities for the four local entities - Monitoring And analysis of balance sheet accounts, with emphasis on accounts (401, 411, 451, 455, 461, 462, 471, 472, 512, 542) - Management of intercompany invoices (calculation and processing in ERP) - Calculation and processing in ERP of records in general accounting for provisions And expenses in advance (eg: commissions, professional fees, unpaid debts) - Ensuring compliance of monthly balances with RO GAP and internal policies - Processing payments when necessary - Managing tax, accounting and compliance requirements - Preparing and submitting tax returns; reconciliation with tax authorities (digital communication) - Internal and external audit support - Participation in the preparation of income tax (CIT), financial statements and statistical reports, ensuring the correctness of data and providing explanations - Performing the annual inventory and reviewing the fixed assets register - Collaborating with Project Managers to resolve outstanding balances And sending notifications (with Office support) - Preparing year-end closings and recording closing operations Other information What we offer you: - Meal vouchers - Medical subscription to a renowned private clinic - Central location and flexible work schedule - Home office - Paid study leave - Extra days off - English course, internal trainings, financial support for various external trainings/conferences - Tea, coffee and fruit at the office - Bookster subscription - The chance to develop and work with friendly colleagues, with a strong professional background - We organize various interactive events that help relax the atmosphere and strengthen the team spirit.
