Job Description
The Wacker Neuson Group is a leading international network of companies engaged in the production of construction and agricultural machinery. It employs over 6,000 employees globally, and its production units are located in Germany, Austria, Spain, the USA, China and Serbia.
Wacker Neuson Kragujevac d.o.o. is located at Braće Nikolića 2A. It is engaged in the production of welded steel structures for agricultural and construction machines and has over 500 employees.
Due to capacity expansion and realization of new projects, our team needs reinforcement in the position of Welding Engineer
Job Description:
Makes production plans regarding the application of adequate welding technologies and the engagement of qualified executors
Review of technical requirements regarding welding work (specifications of base material, final joint, required level of quality of final joint, position, accessibility and order)
Coordination of production of work instructions, work tests and monitoring of their application
Taking care of compatibility, delivery, storage for basic and additional welding material
Coordination of pre-welding control in terms of certificates for welders, validity of WPS, affinity of basic and additional material, specification of welding technology, adequate conditions for welding, check of welders - work trials
Coordination of measurement and taking corrective measures
Coordinating by calibrating and aligning devices
Ensuring identification and traceability during the execution of works
Creation of reports and documents
Implementation of quality system measures
Defining welding procedures and technology, necessary equipment and additional materials
Updating the necessary activities related to the attestation of plants, equipment and welders
Creation and updating of relevant documents
Responsibility for training and qualification of welders
Responsibility for the adequacy of welding equipment as well as additional equipment

Necessary skills for work:
VII - mechanical engineer
IWE certificate
Knowledge of the English language
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same or similar jobs
