CREDIT CONTROL OFFICER (WHITE TOWER)

At the same time, it produces and distributes the well-known pet food brands Le Chef, Choky, Youpi, Best, Jump, while it is a representative of multinational pet food brands. In the context of strengthening the Attica team, an experienced credit control partner is requested with: Main Responsibilities● Management and monitoring of customer credit limits, based on company policies.● Control and evaluation of the financial solvency of new and existing customers.● Communication with customers to ensure timely payment of invoices and the settlement of any disputes.● Issuance and monitoring of invoices, credit notes and accounting records.● Agreement remaining customers and keeping detailed records with customers and S/M chains.● Monitor large customer and S/M accounts and issue credit.● Support in the preparation of cash flow and collection budgets.● Collaborate with other departments (eg sales) to resolve customer related issues. Required Qualifications● At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position in the field of accounting or credit control.● Excellent knowledge of principles of accounting and tax legislation.● Experience in the use of accounting systems and ERP.● Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.● Excellent organizational and analytical skills.● Ability to communicate and manage customer relations.● Degree in Accounting, Finance or related subject.
