Due to the increased workload, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated person for the position:

COMMERCIALIST for RETAIL in Belgrade

If you enjoy working with clients, touring retail stores and have retail experience, this is the right opportunity to join our team and contribute to our success.

YOUR TASKS:

Regular visits of customers in the area of Belgrade and its surroundings

Negotiating, concluding and implementing sales in accordance with the assigned sales plan

Improvement of sales and position at points of sale

Supervision of the sales network - checking and ensuring the occupancy of the sales channels

Work in the field with/in key account customers in order to increase sales

Monitoring and directing marketing activities on the market (promotions, deadlines, returns)

Preparation of sales reports at the behest of a superior

Daily monitoring of competition activities and reporting on the same

Debt monitoring and collection work

YOUR PROFILE:

Degree in economics, management or related disciplines

Minimum of 2 years of work experience in the same or similar jobs

High level of organization and responsibility

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Understanding the market, sales channels and consumer trends in Serbia

Motivation, strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team

Knowledge of Office packages, ESTEH and other technological tools

Creativity, proactivity and conscientiousness in business as well as perseverance in achieving commercial results

Knowledge of the English language

Possession of a "B" category driver's license - active driver
