Purpose
As Cooks A you will be responsible for the execution and production of the menu according to the recipes and operational standards of the Group.
Responsibilities
He participates in the daily production of his department's menu, according to the operational standards and the Group's recipe.
He works with the team and his immediate supervisor to ensure a smooth work flow and timely handling of issues.
He immediately informs his supervisor of any problems or shortages of materials at his post.
He directs and advises his subordinates for a smooth flow of their work.
Adheres to required ISO procedures and ensures correct implementation of health and safety rules in his position.
Necessary Qualifications
Culinary Degree
Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position, ideally in a hotel environment
Knowledge of material management and culinary trends
Knowledge and observance of all hygiene & safety rules
