Job Description:

Organization of the complete work in the kitchen on the preparation and production of dishes/meals, in accordance with the planned quantities and in accordance with the daily dynamics of the distribution of dishes/meals,

Monitoring the quality of purchased raw materials, their storage and expiration dates,

Controlling the correct consumption of raw materials in accordance with norms,

Active participation in the preparation of finished products,

Sensory control of the finished product (taste, smell, color, based on norms),

High level of personal hygiene and work space

Conditions:

Secondary vocational education,

Minimum of 1 year of work in the same or similar jobs,

Use of MS Office suite (preferred)
