Duties:
Management and/or support of existing projects; finding and analyzing needs arising in the Client's organization, outlining, planning, implementing, training and tracking development paths.
Project management of operational projects (from the definition and development of the framework of the project and the methodologies to be used during the implementation, through the construction of the project team to the classic implementation).
Customer management, contact; regular and ad hoc contact with the contacts of active projects and the Client's operation team.
Carrying out project-related administrative activities within your own company (aggregation of own invoices, documentation of working hours, invoicing after completion of own projects, etc.)
Market research, acquisition: when capacity allows, search for new opportunities
Expectations:
Advanced degree (at least BsC) in one of the following fields: technical manager, business manager, electrical engineer, mechanical engineer, building engineer, operations engineer, architectural engineer.
5-10 years of experience in the field of building operation and facility management.
Fluent English and/or German language skills.
Willingness to travel domestically and occasionally abroad.
High-level knowledge and experienced user of standard MS Office products
High level of communication and negotiation skills
