Further development of Comwell Køge Strand
As Meeting Design Manager for Comwell Køge Strand, with your great professionalism and strong leadership, you will play an important role in the further development of the hotel together with the rest of the organisation.
In addition to ensuring a high quality in our meeting product, you are also responsible for the local sales, just as you, in close cooperation with the group's sales department, will be responsible for entering into cooperation with new customers. You will be responsible for the department and form part of the management team with reference to the Hotel Director.
Your overall responsibilities will be:
Management and development of the employees in the conference department
Develop and elevate the conference experience to a new level
Ensure local conference sales and follow-up on held events
Coordination and execution of meetings, conferences and companies with a focus on high quality
Planning customer events and following up on customers
Ensure coordination of daily information to the rest of the house
Be part of the management team at the hotel and contribute across Comwell i.a. through the ERFA network
Contribute to determining both short- and long-term goals for the hotel
Implementation and anchoring of established goals for the department
Ensure a high degree of well-being among employees
You achieve success in the job when you succeed in maintaining and developing the hotel's customer portfolio, at the same time as you manage to ensure the high quality of our product and motivate and develop your department. It is expected that you actively participate in the management group and contribute your knowledge across the organisation, including through the ERFA network and other project groups.
Experience from similar positions
Your educational background can come from many places and is not that important, but your professional experience is. Here you can contribute with a minimum of 3 years' experience from a similar position where you have had responsibility for conference and local sales as well as distinct management experience. You are a skilled, results-oriented and well-liked leader who can communicate easily and effortlessly at all levels.
You have a strong focus on teamwork, and for you it is natural that you lift as a group and play each other better. You are ambitious and understand the importance of developing your department to take responsibility and deliver results. You like to take the lead and are not afraid of change and challenges. Building and showing trust in employees as well as across the organization is completely natural for you.
