We are looking for a multinational partner that manufactures and distributes elevators and other material handling equipment

Duties:
·      After installation of equipment, preparation and follow-up of their transfer for regular maintenance
·      Search for new business opportunities, clients, acquisition and regular visits
·      Sales of maintenance and other service services recommended by the company for already operating elevator and escalator equipment
·      Perform economic calculations related to some offers and contracts
·      Continuous updating and administration of customer database
·      Performing administrative tasks related to the job
Periodic
, on a case-by-case basis
·      Maintaining existing contracts and customer relationships
·      Extension of existing maintenance contracts, modification as necessary
Expectations:
·      At least secondary education
·      Active, conversational English language skills
·      2-3 years of experience in the sale of services, preferably in a field related to building operations (construction industry)
·      User-level computer skills (general office programs, customer management system - CRM)
·      Category B driver's license
