Job Description
The RUBIN winery was founded in 1955. Rubin Winery is located in Southeastern Europe, the ideal terrain for growing vines, on the latitude where the world's most famous wineries and winegrowing regions are located, Bordeaux in France and Tuscany in Italy. It is the largest producer of grapes, wine and spirits in its country, with a tradition of over 60 years. It has the largest area of vineyards in the genus - 1,200 hectares and the largest number of wines with protected geographical origin in the country. The advantage of the company is the rounded process of wine production: from its own vineyards, through the Pinter workshop where the barrels are made, to the production of top quality wine.

Conditions:
Higher/high professional degree in economic profile
At least two years of work experience as a field salesperson or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Computer skills (MS Office suite)

Job Description:
Organizes the work of the service, prepares and monitors the implementation of planned activities for each supervisor
Trains and/or proposes trainings for his team to ensure the maximum level of knowledge of the product range, packaging techniques, display, positioning and product presentation
Coordinates and assists in the implementation of various activities aimed at meeting needs and improving customer satisfaction
It helps supervisors in the field find ways to do their jobs better
Takes care of activities that help fulfill sales plans and goals
Resolves disputed situations with customers
He controls the work and expenses of his team
He regularly reports to his managers about the state of the market and the results and activities of his team
Monitors the work of the competition, proposes and implements measures to improve the position of the company's products
He organizes the work of his team for the needs of special sales promotion actions
He also performs other tasks for the needs of the sales promotion department
