Purchasing - purchasing officer_x000D_
Place of execution of work: BUZULUK a.s., Buzulucká 108, 267 62 Komárov_x000D_
Work load:_x000D_
Demand management for the supply of goods and materials for projects_x000D_
communication and dealings with suppliers (domestic and foreign - English), email, telephone, personal dealings_x000D_
coordination of scheduled deliveries between supplier and employer (management and creation of orders and monitoring of their fulfillment, coordination of deliveries and communication with internal departments (warehouse, production, construction, trade)._x000D_
work in enterprise system_x000D_
business correspondence (e-mails daily, preparation of orders, contracts)_x000D_
handling of internal administration, reporting_x000D_
Participation in fairs and exhibitions_x000D_
We require:_x000D_
ÚS education with high school diploma_x000D_
experience in the field Purchase of material for an engineering company with advantage_x000D_
communicative knowledge AJ (B1)_x000D_
knowledge of working on a PC, MS Office, working with ERP systems is an advantage_x000D_
