Canaves Collection, a renowned hospitality company located in the breathtaking village of Oia, Santorini, is currently seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our esteemed culinary team. As a Pastry Cook at Canaves Collection, you will have the opportunity to work in our luxurious properties, including Canaves Ena, Canaves Oia Suites & Spa, Sunday Suites, and the newly launched Canaves Epitome. Our properties are recognized globally for their exquisite design, exceptional service, and panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.

Our fine dining establishments, including the award-winning Elements Restaurant at Canaves Epitome and the acclaimed Petra Restaurant at Canaves Oia Suites, showcase the finest Greek and international cuisine. Additionally, guests can enjoy the Adami Restaurant at Canaves Ena, known for its romantic atmosphere and breathtaking vistas, or the vibrant Aperitivo Bar at the Veranda of Sunday Suites or Omnia Restaurant by Canaves Epitome.
As a Pastry Cook, you will play a key role in our culinary operations, responsible for preparing and creating delectable pastries, desserts, and confections that will captivate our guests' palates. Responsibilities
Prepare and craft a variety of pastries, desserts, and confections according to established recipes and standards
Decorate and present pastries in an aesthetically pleasing manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry station while adhering to health and safety regulations
Closely monitor and control the inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new pastry creations
Follow strict timelines to ensure the timely delivery of pastries for various outlets
Mentor and assist junior members of the pastry team
Requirements
Proven experience as a Pastry Cook, preferably within a luxury hotel or fine dining establishment
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, recipes, and decoration
Creative flair and ability to develop new pastry creations
Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
