Vinariji Aleksandrović d.o.o. cellarman needed.

Tasks:

Participates in the primary processing of grapes, wine production
Takes the order from the production manager, needs it from the storekeeper and adds oenological products to beer, wine and brandy
Takes an order from the production manager, needs hygiene products from the warehouseman
Washes dishes according to the procedure and keeps records about it
He takes care of the correctness of wine pumps, hoses, vessels, barrels, mixers, filters...
Maintenance of tools and accessories for work according to the established procedure and storage in the designated place
Checks the correctness of the system and informs the technologist-production manager about any irregularities

Application requirements:

Experience working in a cellar or winery is desirable
