Project Manager - Construction

Your tasks and areas of responsibility will be: Ensure that the projects meet the requirements for planning, documentation and execution Prepare and continuously update time and performance plans for the projects Ensure the best possible staffing of the projects Coordinate interdisciplinary on projects Provide advice and sparring with other advisers and contractors Plan and hold customer meetings to ensure that the customers are informed about the project's financial and technical progress Your skills and competences Competence development becomes a natural part of everyday life through sparring with colleagues and gathering experience from task solutions. We imagine that you will be a good fit for the job if you can nod in recognition to the following: Minimum 4 years of documented experience in project management Good skills in financial and risk management on complex construction projects In-depth knowledge of ABR18 and applicable service descriptions A natural impact and an overview that ensures good cooperation with all actors - from authorities and advisers to contractors and users Experience with process management and coordination of interfaces We also appreciate that you are committed to your professional development and thrive in an environment where sparring and exchange of experience is a natural part of everyday life.
