assessing and responding to complaints from customers within the framework of implemented projects and proposing ways to eliminate them in accordance with the contract_x000D_
daily communication with customers when asking for and looking for construction defect intersections_x000D_
cooperation with individual departments of the company and subcontractors in the search and elimination of complaints_x000D_
keeping records of received complaints - administration connected with documenting complaints, photo documentation, electronic records, technical and time records of complaints_x000D_
ensuring repair work and cooperation in the elimination of defects and delays in the deadline_x000D_
to check corrected construction work and compliance with technological procedures_x000D_
continuous improvement of the claims process._x000D_
