System manager Duties Management of the plant's technological equipment, supervision of their operation, carrying out field operations necessary for the control and maintenance of the technological process and the execution of the production program Performs the necessary tasks based on the technological and other instructions, the production program and the instructions of the manager Continuous supervision and on-site inspection of machines and equipment Performs tasks requiring immediate intervention In the event of a malfunction, participates in its elimination Performs minor maintenance work If necessary de-icing Requirements Intermediate (skilled technical) qualification, long-term work experience, commitment to a continuous 4-shift work schedule (12 hours: 2 days during the day, 2 days at night, 4 days off). Enhanced problem management and analytical skills Advantage: Qualification as a chemist, mechanic, or engineer, fire protection exam.
