Executive Chef Petros Dimas and his talented team create the ultimate fine dining experience and curate a menu based on creative Greek cuisine. We are currently looking for a Restaurant Manager Michelin Background, with appetite and passion, to join the team. Restaurant Manager Michelin Background Some of the responsibilities: The day-to-day coordination and support of the restaurant Ensuring quality service and customer satisfaction and finding solutions promptly The accurate and efficient management of customer complaints The organization and supervision of the staff's work schedule To evaluate and delegate responsibilities to subordinates, according to their abilities and skills The evaluation of staff performance, to improve their productivity To follow the policy and the quality specifications of the company Useful to have: Graduate of a tourism school in Greece or abroad Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position, in a Michelin star restaurant Excellent knowledge of the operation of á la carte food departments Excellent knowledge of PC, POS Excellent knowledge of English, while knowledge of a second foreign language will be considered an additional qualification Knowledge of implementing and monitoring hygiene and safety procedures What you will bring with you: Professional appearance and behavior Restaurant staff organization and management skills Teamwork and customer management skills Pleasant personality We offer: Salary package commensurate with qualifications and experience Career development prospects and opportunities Professional work environment Continuous training Domes Resorts offers equal opportunities to all and is against discrimination.
