Contact Center
at its facilities, in Kallithea Attica.

Responsibilities:
Coordinating and controlling team members to achieve production goals
Management, coaching and training of the team
Monitoring KPI's, planning proposals and actions necessary to achieve them
Organization of production activities and continuous encouragement of team members
Necessary Qualifications
Degree of HEI/TEI/IEK
2 years of experience in a relevant Retention/ Sales Project position is required
Possibility of employment in rolling shifts (09:00-21:00)
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Very good knowledge of handling MS OFFICE applications
Customer-centric mentality with an emphasis on results
Communication and negotiation skills
