We are looking for experienced and motivated Construction Project Managers who will be responsible for the overall planning, coordination and supervision of the implementation of construction projects in the field. Ideal candidates are organized, able to make decisions in challenging situations and have experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WOULD BE:
Planning and preparation:
Monitoring and management of the entire course of the construction project - from offer, planning, design, execution to delivery, with a focus on meeting deadlines, budgets and occupational safety measures. Creation of a dynamic plan during the tender and adaptation of the plan to the actual conditions in the field in cooperation with the teams, supervision and suppliers.
Contract management:
Control of the fulfillment of contractual obligations and resolution of potential problems.
Organization on the construction site:
Defining tasks and distributing work to site managers and engineers with clearly defined obligations and planned work dynamics. Organization of resources (materials, equipment, machinery, personnel) and subcontractors required for the realization of the project.
Operational execution:
Creation and monitoring of operational plans and work execution methods in cooperation with the team. Preparation of the necessary documentation for the successful implementation of the project. Monitoring financial, quantitative and qualitative progress.
Coordination and supervision:
Coordination of activities with site managers, technical preparation, procurement, OSH and subcontractors. Monitoring and control of project implementation and solving problems in the field. Coordination with suppliers, machinery and warehouse according to priorities.
Monitoring the performance of subcontractors:
Continuous monitoring and evaluation of the performance of subcontractors in terms of quality, deadlines and reliability and timely response in case of non-fulfillment of their obligations.
Quality control:
Implementation of quality control and safety measures at the construction site. Compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Documentation management and reporting:
Preparation and delivery of reports on emergency situations related to the workforce or problems in the field. Collection and control of documentation required for closing the construction site (construction books, records, situations). Ensuring project documentation is up-to-date in accordance with laws and internal requirements. Preparation of reports on project progress and operational budget control.
Cooperation with key participants:
Communication with administrative bodies, investors and supervisory bodies in connection with contracted activities, handover and verification of documentation.
YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:
High degree (VII/1 or master's degree) in the field of architecture or construction
Work experience - at least 5 years in construction project management
Category B driver's license
Possession of a responsible contractor's license
Special knowledge, skills and abilities:
Ability to create and follow dynamic plans; Experience in budget management and cost control; Excellent communication and cooperation skills with different participants; Analytical skills for risk assessment and management; Entrepreneurship in work
