SALES MANAGER Full Time

DIMENSION HR is looking to recruit a SALES MANAGER for one of its clients, a company that markets the best European brands and products such as tiles, parquets, sanitary ware, etc.
DUTIES OF THE POSITION
To carry out the presentation of the company's products to potential customers, mainly in construction companies, and installers and projects;
To prepare sales reports and reports of the presentations made;
Prepare action plans and tables to identify new customers and plan the way to approach new contacts by analyzing the buyer's potential in advance;
Prepare market, competition and price analyses;
Conduct market research to identify market requirements;
Maintain continuous and long-term relationships with potential clients;
To propose and prepare personalized offers for customers;
Communicate customer requests to the company before finalizing the contract;
Negotiate terms and conditions with the client;
To follow the correct implementation of the contract with the client;
Cooperate with other departments of the company as needed;
Conduct regular periodic meetings on the progress and problems of sales;
To periodically report to superiors specific developments, information gathered in the field, competition activities, etc.;
To carry out the duties assigned by superiors in any case.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Education:
To have completed bachelor's higher education;
Experience:
Have over 5 years of work experience in the field of sales.
Skills:
Know MO basic programs very well.
To have knowledge of the English language
Have good competitive skills and be able to work in a group.
To have management and decision-making skills.
Have a traffic permit
