REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Previous work experience in the same or similar jobs

VI/VII degree of vocational education (the title of graduate engineer of food technology is an advantage)

Work experience in the food industry is an advantage

Work experience in managing a team of workers in a production facility is an advantage

Willingness to work in shifts

DESCRIPTION OF MAIN DUTIES:

Management, organization and evaluation of the work of all employees in their shift in the production plant

Daily monitoring and implementation of production orders

Preparation of production plan and weekly work schedule

Production process control

Monitoring of material consumption and documentation control

Monitoring the prescribed conditions of the stored product-raw material

Monitoring the implementation of control measures according to the HACCP system and the ISO standard in production processes

The location of work is Pudarci (surroundings of Smederevo), the company is ready to provide support during relocation.
