Senior Business Analyst Full Time

Senior Business Analyst
Position Summary:
The Senior Business Analyst provides in-depth financial and managerial analysis services and suggests the adaptation of the strategies of the company's leaders and key partners. He/She also reviews business processes to help identify financial risks to the business. This position requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking and effective communication to support the CFO in maintaining the financial stability and growth of the company.
Other qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis and business control. Preferably in investment and/or construction companies;
Financial modeling skills, advanced skills in financial analysis programs (eg Excel, ERP Systems, BI Tools);
Strong knowledge of (national and international) accounting principles, concepts and standards (GAAP or IFRS) is essential for accurate financial reporting;
Knowledge of legislation and specific requirements of the real estate industry is an advantage;
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills to explain complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
Education:
Bachelor Degree Accounting / Finance. Master's degree or professional certification (ACCA, CFA) is an advantage.
