As Kitchen Sous Chef at Comwell Kellers park, you will have an exciting everyday life with lots of guests, challenges and good colleagues. Together with your team, you have a very central place in the hotel, when together you have to give our guests the special experience that makes Comwell the best choice.
About the position
- Ensures good & efficient daily operation of the kitchen
- Maintains an overview in a busy service & ensures everything runs optimally
- Communicate clearly & constructively with the kitchen & waiter team
- Help ensure the development of menus & the quality of our dishes
- Ensures a good working environment & be a motivating leader for the team
- Presentation of menus in the restaurant
- Training of new students and colleagues
- focus on the green development & make it appear in dishes and taste
Personal profile
We expect you to be a trained chef and have experience from similar positions. However, the most important thing is that you are passionate about cooking and can deliver high quality. You have a great passion for food and wine and appreciate good and fresh ingredients. In addition, it is an advantage if you think that health, concern for the environment and good taste go hand in hand. You are outgoing and good at collaborating both with your colleagues in the kitchen and the other staff in the house. As the pace is often high, it is important that you can maintain an overview and maintain a good mood even under pressure.
You have an intention to make a positive difference and provide good hospitality to the hotel's guests and your colleagues. You let presence and precision characterize your work effort, so that you can help create harmonious experiences.
