Job Description

Kirkens Korshær is a social political protest aid organization that helps socially vulnerable people in Denmark. We've been doing that for 112 years, and we're really good at it. We run conservatories, shelters, hostels, family work and much more, in all regions of Denmark. We have strong collaborations with companies, foundations, private contributors, customers and other good relationships. 
We have over 233 thrift stores, more than 600 employees and 8,500 volunteers. You can sit in the middle of it all in our old crooked house in the heart of Copenhagen, and develop your skills within a wide range of finance and administration tasks.
In the Church of the Cross, we have big hearts, great commitment and an informal tone. This creates a good base for working focused on the quality and efficiency of the many deliveries we provide - which ultimately supports social work.
About the job
You get the opportunity to influence the content of your job as you acquire skills. We need you to help us with a wide range of tasks:

Support for inquiries from both employees, volunteers and other stakeholders
Participate in the preparation of project accounts
Participation in mapping and optimization of operations, including preparation of instructions
Setting up digital payment solutions
Support for the closing of annual accounts
Handling of electronic payments
Handling of electronic invoicing
Maintenance of information on Google and virk.dk
Participation in projects, e.g. with optimization of processes
Various ad hoc tasks in the administration

We do not expect you to have competence in everything, but that you are interested in acquiring knowledge and developing knowledge in one or more areas. We work with flexibility under responsibility, which allows you to work from home and have freedom in connection with your exams.
Who are you?
You are of course in training. We imagine that you are in the process of a medium/long higher education with at least 2 years left before completion.

You aim for a career in auditing, financial management, process optimization or administration
You work independently and in a structured manner
You work in an interdisciplinary environment with professionals and volunteers
You can practice all Danish dialects
