SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Responsible:
Carrying out forklift repair and maintenance tasks at the employer's or customer's premises based on the instructions given by the area service manager and under the direction of the technical coordinator.
In the case of external orders, the work is carried out with a service vehicle and tools provided by the company, or at a permanent workplace in the area provided by the customer.
Main tasks:
Maintenance and repair of forklifts and other material handling equipment at the company's partners.
Repair of mechanical, hydraulic and electronic equipment and systems of material handling equipment.
Carrying out machine diagnostic tests with a laptop.
Providing premium service to our customers.
Carrying out administration and reporting obligations related to your activity.
Complaints support.
Preparation of service offers for customers and their follow-up.
Continuous processing and control of the completion of open orders.
Ordering the necessary parts, tracking their arrival, warehousing, tracking their loss.
Consulting and assistance for company and customer employees.
Ensuring the efficient and economical operation of full service activities.
Qualification requirements related to filling a position:
at least secondary education (preferably:
automotive electrical technician
,
car mechanic
, electrical engineer)
category B driver's license,
forklift driver's license is an advantage.
Professional requirements related to filling a position:
1-3 years of experience in the machine and production machine segment,
computer skills.
