Technician / Laboratory worker in construction - beginner

The main responsibilities of the position: - Sampling of raw materials and finished products; - Quality control of raw materials - moisture, grain size, density, water of normal consistency, consistency, etc.; - Quality control of finished products: grain size, bulk/paste density, consistency, setting time, porosity, determinations mechanics, ph, etc.; - Calculation and verification of results with reference to imposed limits; - Corrections in production recipes for adjusting density, ph, etc. - notifying the superior in the event of obtaining results that do not fall within the limits of the product/raw material; - recording the results in data sheets inspections/test reports and database;- maintenance of laboratory equipment;- Maintaining cleanliness at the workplace.
