Our partner, one of the country's leading large construction companies, which primarily specializes in high-rise construction and general construction projects, is looking for new colleagues for the position of Business Preparation Engineer in Budaörs. Business preparation engineer Duties Compilation, supervision and management of all professional materials and technical documentation from the first point of the public procurement procedure to the conclusion of the contract Preparation of tenders necessary to win the construction projects, formal verification and submission on time Requesting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining contact, analysis and follow-up of offers Preparation of lists of materials, consignments and surveys using various programs (Excel, Using ArchiCAD, Bexel, PDF managers) Preparation of budgets based on technical documentation and subcontractor prices Preparation of unit price calculations with the TERC program.
