Area Trainer

We invite you to take part in our mission to develop people and bring innovation to the industry, if: You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role as Trainer - Trainer; travels; You know English at an intermediate/advanced level; You have good knowledge of PC operation (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); You have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire and involve the audience; You are a charismatic, persuasive, organized person, with initiative, proactivity and skills team work; Responsibilities: Identifying the training needs of the company's employees and developing appropriate programs to improve their skills; Traveling, approximately 70% of the working time to Bucharest, Ilfov, DâmboviÈa, ArgeÈ™, CăƒâƒraÈ™i and Prahova to deliver programs of training; Developing and customizing training programs, ensuring that each learning session provides a valuable experience to participants; Collecting feedback from training course participants to assess impact and drive continuous improvement; Conducting periodic reports to internal departments to highlights the progress and results of the training programs; Proposing additional development programs to satisfy the requirements identified during the training sessions; Providing support in the organization and administration of trainings within the company; Active participation in organizational development projects to contribute to increasing the efficiency and performance of the company Benefits: Fixed salary package + quarterly bonus, correlated with performance; Meal vouchers; Per diem and accommodation for travel; Company car; Telephone, laptop; Special offers on subscriptions and terminals; The opportunity to work within a top company, industry leader; Dynamic and challenging work environment, where you will be able to bring innovative ideas and solutions;
