ARCHITECT

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of architecture, preferably in an architectural office. Ability to work in a team, but also to work independently, with a proactive approach and attention to detail. Strong knowledge of local and national building regulations, as well as the ability to translate client requirements into innovative architectural solutions and functional. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both client-facing and within project teams. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: Create and develop 3D models and plans using Revit And the implementation of BIM technologies at all stages of the project. Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, designers and project managers, to ensure the optimal integration of the design in the whole project. Supervision and coordination of the creation of technical documentation and execution plans.
