We are looking for our newest colleague in the team of our manufacturing partner located in Almásfüzitő for the position of Purchasing Manager. Procurement Manager Tasks These will be your tasks: Strategic and operational management of the company's procurement processes, in order to continuously optimize procurement efficiency. Development of procurement strategy, taking into account market trends, cost optimization opportunities and business goals. Defining key performance indicators (KPIs) and breaking them down for detailed measurability, in order to continuously monitor performance. Creation of risk matrices in order to assess and manage potential procurement risks, thus ensuring stable operation. Close cooperation with the product development team in the procurement of raw materials and services required for new products. Intensive, daily contact with various partner departments, in order to ensure that procurement decisions are in line with the company's other operational needs. Conducting price negotiations together with strategic suppliers, ensuring the best price and conditions for the company, while maintaining good relations with our suppliers. Preliminary review of contracts together with the legal department, ensuring the protection of the company's interests. Requirements This opportunity is for you if... you have 3-5 years of purchasing management experience, ideally in a sector where the management of the complex processes of strategic and operational procurement plays a prominent role. you have a higher education, preferably in the field of chemistry or economics, which provides the necessary theoretical foundations and professional preparation to perform procurement tasks at a high level. fluent English language skills that enable effective communication with international suppliers and partners, as well as following global procurement trends. You have knowledge of the SAP system, with particular attention to the operation of procurement modules, to the smooth execution of daily operational tasks. you have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in order to effectively collaborate with colleagues at different levels and areas.
