The purpose of the role is to ensure the improvement processes/activities and increasing customer satisfaction. We create the context for you to develop, being responsible for: performing the verification of induction, static and electronic single-phase and three-phase meters in direct, semi-direct or indirect mounting; performing remedial measures regarding the measuring groups in direct, semi-direct or indirect mounting detected with non-conformities after the verification: replacing defective meters, reverse sequence, telereading remediation, correction of errors installation; performing controls at the measuring groups belonging to the company for all categories of consumers and performing the collection of information to update the databases in the specific computer systems; performing on the occasion of the scheduled checks, reading the records from the checked meters and transmitting the data collected in order to bill the electricity transported; performing the checking works of the measuring groups when putting new installations into operation (PIF), periodic checks and in collaboration with the person in charge zonal telemanagement system execution of integration works in the system; management with maximum responsibility of meters, SUIs and other materials taken for remediation and delivery of dismantled meters respectively to SUIs for scrapping or remediation, drawing up the specific documents defined by the procedures in force; operating in the IT system the work orders executed daily, uploading the seals mounted on the Measurement Group, the readings, the pictures and the documents drawn up in the past verifications; verification of related documents in order to comply with internal procedures and legislation in force before using the company's vehicles.
